For our first ELA unit, students will be reading several selections related to the theme of Childhood. As we interact with various stories, poems, articles, and plays, students will be working on their inference, evaluation, prediction, and summary skills. Student will also be working to improve their writing skills through text-based essays and narrative pieces.
